1. FQL-450C is a semi automatic unmanned operation "L" type sealing machine which is widely used in mass production packaging line with high efficiency.The machine suitable for different width and height items.
2.The machine is combined with foreign advanced sealing technology, using pneumatic pressure control and continuously improved and unique design and manufacturing, sealing stability, good special effects.

4.the film feed motor transport motor adopts direct-connecting motor, drive force strong, can work continuously.
5. conveyor uses a custom drum, large bearing capacity, stable operation, permanent use.
Advantage
1.High temperature and sticky free L bar sealing knife, sealing action without smoking and burned. Sealed part is tidy and clean.
2. After sealing action, packing product go in the shrink tunnel automatically by the conveyor belt.
3. Conveyor belt is adjustable on the high by a hand wheel.
4. FQL-450C has a manual/auto switch. When choose auto function, Whole sealing action controlled by cylinder automatically, with fast packing speed.
5. Double electromagnets make stronger pressure.
6. Adjustable film layer with needle device, it is able to fit different size film, max 550mm.
7.Sealing knife has hot protection device on.
