Product introduction

Interface agent emulsion is an inorganic emulsion used to prepare penetrating interface agents. It also has good film-forming properties and is also called penetrating film-forming inorganic emulsion. It can be designed as an interface agent for reinforcing walls or floors, and is used to deal with problems such as looseness, hollowing, powdering, and sanding on the surface of substrates such as mortar and concrete. The main raw material is polymer-modified nano-silicon dioxide, which has good permeability and adhesion. It can penetrate into the cement-based substrate and react with the substrate to form a siliconized reaction, which significantly improves the adhesion and durability of the loose substrate.

Product Features

1. It has excellent penetration and film-forming properties, can penetrate into the substrate to undergo silicification reaction and combine with the substrate, and has good film-forming properties and adhesion, significantly improving the surface hardness and density of the substrate;

2. Good adaptability, with inorganic materials such as gypsum and cement in the surface layer, and organic materials such as resin emulsion and rubber powder, and good adhesion;

3. Low odor, environmentally friendly.

Application Characteristics

1. The emulsion can be used to prepare wall interface agent and floor interface agent;

2. Preparation method: 1 ton of emulsion, add tap water, can prepare 3-4 tons of interface agent;

3. The emulsion is a colorless coating after brushing and drying. In order to distinguish the wall interface agent from the floor interface agent, an appropriate amount of yellow pigment is usually added when preparing the wall interface agent, and an appropriate amount of green pigment is added when preparing the floor interface agent.

Packaging and Storage

1. Store in sealed and light-proof conditions, storage temperature 0-35℃;

2. The shelf life is 12 months under unopened conditions;

3. 50kg or 200kg plastic barrels, or 1000kg IBC barrels.
