The K7000 is an integrated, high-efficiency machining platform designed by Kaiyue for modern window and door factories. It runs on a SYNTEC control system with built-in COM software and a user-friendly interface. Core functions include: whole-profile auto-feeding (6 bars at once), fully automatic loading, laser drilling (standard 1.5kW×2, ≤3mm thick), dual-spindle milling (rotatable at 0°/90°/180°), and triple-saw cutting (two 45° + one 90°). The laser system precisely drills corner code holes, glue injection holes, hinge pockets, and marks installation positions. Dual spindles enable multi-layer milling for complex features like lock box slots and handle holes. A cast-iron frame ensures high rigidity and vibration damping for superior stability. Fully servo-controlled feeding/discharge (up to 120 m/min) with a standard clamping system enables fast, accurate positioning. Offcuts ≥900mm can be re-fed automatically, improving material yield. The machine also auto-prints and applies unique ID labels for downstream traceability. Operated by just one person, it significantly reduces labor intensity and human error—making it the ideal choice for efficient, flexible fenestration production lines.
