The K7000Ultra is Kaiyue’s flagship intelligent production line, designed for maximum capacity. It consists of a front-end high-efficiency machining line and a rear-end full-function K7000Super workstation. The front end integrates a 4-sided milling spindle (0°/90°/180°/270°), dual lasers on Machine 1, a central movable laser, and dual lasers on Machine 2—totaling five laser heads—for high-speed, high-precision, low-noise processing of corner code holes, glue injection holes, and marking lines. All laser heads feature autofocus, eliminating manual focus adjustments for varying profile wall thicknesses. The rear K7000Super workstation handles complex milling tasks like mullion tenon milling, reinforced mullion cutting, and corner guard processing. A dual saw blade system offers flexibility: the upper blade cuts angles from -45° to 135°, while the lower blade vertically trims end faces. The line supports complete mullion processing—from nesting optimization and cutting to laser drilling and end-face milling—in a single flow. Optional modules like Takuqi set storage, double-sided end milling, and robotic loading further enhance automation. With 110kW total power and a 31-meter footprint, it stands as the core of high-end system window smart manufacturing.
