The K6500 is a high-stability CNC sawing center from Kaiyue, designed for efficient cutting of window frame, mullion, and sash profiles. The machine features an aged, welded frame and standard casting to eliminate welding stress and maintain permanent accuracy. Three fixed cutting angles (two 45°, one 90°) enable mixed 45°/90° cutting for diverse fenestration components. A servo-fed, fixed vertical cutting mode combined with wrap-around clamping ensures high stability and excellent cut quality (flatness <0.1mm). The innovative lift-type feeding structure keeps profiles suspended when idle, preventing worktable wear and preserving long-term accuracy. Six servo motors power the system; the feeder intelligently recognizes profile data and auto-adjusts parameters—simple enough for general workers to operate. Offcuts ≥900mm are automatically re-fed to improve material yield. Human-centric features include double-layer guarding, in-chamber video monitoring, automatic chip removal, and dust collection—effectively reducing noise, chip splash, and cleaning frequency. Fault alarms and error-proofing mechanisms further enhance operational safety, making it an ideal sawing solution for modern window factories.
