A, Yes we are the factory and have 10 production lines for us

A: International express and sea transportation,Depend on customer.
4.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in shenzhen, you can let your
forwarder ship the products for you.
5.Q:What's the Payment method?
A:T/T, 30% deposit before production, the balance before delivery.(only big order)
We sugguest you transfer the full price at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.
6.Q: What is our payment term?

7.Q:Can we print our own brand?

After-Sales Service
1. if you are not Satisfied with the items after you get within 7 days ,you can send it back to us .Buyers pay the expree fee to return the goods ,Make sure the goods is in original condition .make sure no damaged or used when Returned .
2. 100% PAYMENT Or exchange the related items you require.
3. Buyer should offer the exact address before the order is delivered .and inform us in advance if he has the appointed one.Seller is not responsible for the damage or loss if the wrong address was given.
4. Kindly note: Make sure the returned goods well packed, if it was damaged during the transit ,then Buyer will need to afford the damage loss caused in the transit.
