    This coating machine has a sturdy structure. The frame is made of an 18mm thick integral board, ensuring durability and stability during operation. It is equipped with two sets of coated rubber rollers, one of which can perform forward or reverse coating, providing great flexibility during the coating process. The rubber roller is made of imported materials with a diameter of 240mm, and its surface is precisely machined by CNC machine tools. The chrome plated smooth roller with a diameter of 150 millimeters is also precision machined by a CNC grinder to ensure a smooth and uniform coating. The machine is equipped with a rubber roller quick loading and unloading device, which is easy to clean and replace. The operation of smooth rollers and rubber rollers is controlled by independent frequency converters and reducers. The distance between them can be adjusted by a worm gear driven screw, which can move a dovetail mechanism, and the lifting of rubber and steel rollers is controlled by a cylinder.
