What's the difference between rectangular oven and the drum oven?

There are no differences between rectangular oven and the drum ones in nature. Because both of them are used as a vacuum oven. But rectangular oven has special advantages:
1) High rate of material; drum ovens with largest material rate is not more than 0.64, the actual use is not more than 0.5, and the rate of material same no matter which size it is. The rate of material of rectangular oven is higher because the appearance and material pile matches the oven of shape. Usually the rate of material is more than 0.7, and the larger capacity, the higher rate of material.

2) It is easy to install the necessary equipment for a rectangular oven, such as the
condenser, etc.

3) Rectangular oven is easy to install thermal insulation layer.

4) It is convenient for auxiliary equipment of integration of rectangular oven, system integration, greatly reduction of the space. In Chinese Mainland, our company is the only one to produce rectangular HFVD, because my company has obtained the patent application.

What's the diference between high-frequency heating and microwave heating?

High-frequency heating and microwave heating are much different even if they can achieve wood drying
inside and outside at the same time.
1) Microwave heating uses electromagnetic wave, but high frequency heating uses the electric field heating.
1) Microwave heating frequency is very high, general in 900 MHz to 2400 MHz, so its penetration rate is poorer, the thickness of wood can not more than 40 mm, otherwise the heat is uneven inside and outside. The frequency of HF generally in 6.78 ~ 13,56 MHz, for hundreds of mm thickness of the wood can achieve uniform heat internal and external.
