Return & Exchange Policy
1.Please contact us within 7days of your receipt of the items if you want to return the items for any reason.
2.All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return
3.We will refund you full amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.
4.The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return or exchange the items.
5.We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues which are the responsibilities of the shipping service
6.Returned without any notification would not be accepted.
7.No refund after 30 days after receipt goods.

1. Q:Can l make a sample order for a few pieces?
∼ Sample welcome, but we need to charge you the sample fee(5-50 pcs), and price will be higher than this wholesale price.
∼ OEM sample fee will be refunded after bulk order confirmed.(1000pcs+)
2. Q: What's Minimum Order for this item ?
A: 1000pcs, and highly welcome to get our samples for your quality checkin.
3.Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place order. As usual,delivery time of sample order is about 3-7 working days. Delivery time for bulk orders is based on the details and requirements of your order.

A: We can accept T/T (Bank transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance also welcomed.
