Appearance design

The Starlight 8 adopts the design language of Geely Galaxy family. Its appearance is young and fashionable. The front face is designed with a closed panel and a lower grille, and there are T-shaped chrome decorative pieces on both sides.

The front of the roof is equipped with a lidar device, highlighting its advanced intelligent driving assistance capabilities.

The side design features hidden door handles and windowless design, reducing the wind resistance coefficient to 0.25. Meanwhile, a large area of triangular glass is designed at the C-pillar, enhancing the smoothness of the side lines.

The rear adopts a large fastback design and a full-width taillight, enhancing the overall quality of the vehicle.

Intelligent technology

The Starlight 8 is equipped with the Qianli Vast intelligent safety assistance driving System, supporting full-scenario intelligent assistance driving functions such as NOA navigation on highways and elevated roads, EMA emergency avoidance, and APA intelligent parking assistance.

This model is also equipped with top-notch hardware such as lidar to achieve more precise driving assistance functions.

Dynamic performance

Two power system options, EM-i and EM-P, are provided:
The EM-P system is composed of a 1.5TD engine and an electric motor. It has a maximum torque of 605N·m, a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 6.49 seconds, and a fuel consumption of 3.67L/100km in the state of battery depletion.
The EM-i system is equipped with a 1.5L engine and an 18.4kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack. The pure electric driving range reaches 130km, and the combined driving range exceeds 1,600 km.

Safety performance

The Starlight 8 adopts a high-strength body structure, with high-strength steel accounting for as high as 82%. It is also equipped with materials such as an integrated hot-formed boron steel door ring and a "Lyu-shaped" all-aluminum alloy anti-collision beam.

In addition, it is equipped with the Shendun Battery Safety System, achieving multiple safety protections at the cell layer, PACK layer, and vehicle layer.

Interior and comfort

In terms of interior design, the Starlight 8 does not adopt the popular full-screen design. Instead, it opts for a combination of a central floating control screen, a full LCD instrument panel, and a head-up display.

The entire series is equipped with the Flyme Auto system featuring Snapdragon 8155 or 8295 chips as standard, providing a smooth in-vehicle interaction experience.

The seats are designed with diamond-shaped checkered stitching and offer VIP electric executive seats that support 131-degree adjustment, ventilation, heating and massage functions, significantly enhancing the riding comfort.

It is equipped with luxurious features such as a panoramic sunroof, a 23-speaker audio system and a wireless charging pad for mobile phones.
