The LKY4ZJ-SK150×3550×2200 is Kaiyue’s premium fully servo-controlled four-head corner crimping line, designed for high-efficiency, high-consistency aluminum window and door corner assembly. The line integrates three modules—loading, four-head crimping, and unloading—operating as a seamless automated production flow under central control. Its core advantage is “full servo digitization”: 53 servo axes digitally manage every critical function—including loading, unloading, frame size adjustment, crimping tools, internal/external positioning, and top clamping—enabling parametric programming for quick setup and easy operation. Crimping combines high-precision ball screw positioning with a hydraulic-pneumatic intensifier system (6–10 MPa), delivering immense crimping force with micron-level accuracy for gap-free, robust corners. The frame processing range spans from 700×450mm to 2200×3550mm, covering nearly all standard and large-sized windows globally. Key components—including SYNTEC CNC, HIWIN linear guides, and Schneider electrical parts—are from renowned international brands, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
