The x and y workstations send the workpiece under the lens, and after the lens captures the image of the product to be tested, the X and Y workstations are manually moved to the next position for capture, and the Z-axis realizes automatic focus. Then perform the corresponding calculation. Through the continuous processing of the image, the high detection speed is obtained.
