Working principle
The fiberglass reinforced plastic saw blade felt cutter uses a motor to drive the saw blade to rotate at high speed. The saw teeth on the saw blade come into contact with the fiberglass felt and generate shearing force, thereby cutting the felt material. During the cutting process, parameters such as the rotational speed of the saw blade, feed rate and cutting pressure will affect the cutting effect and quality. The operator needs to reasonably adjust these parameters according to the material, thickness and other characteristics of the fiberglass mat to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the cutting.
Saw blade drive system: Mainly composed of motor, transmission device and saw blade. The motor provides power, which is transmitted to the saw blade through a transmission device (such as belts, gears, etc.), causing the saw blade to rotate at the set speed. Saw blades are usually made of special alloy steel or hard alloy materials, featuring high hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance, to ensure good cutting performance and a long service life when cutting glass fiber MATS.
Feed system: It is responsible for conveying the glass fiber mat under the saw blade at the set speed and direction for cutting. The feed system can be operated manually or controlled automatically. The automatic feed system adopts methods such as motor-driven conveyor belt or lead screw nut mechanism to achieve uniform feed of felt materials, improving cutting efficiency and accuracy.
High cutting efficiency: The high-speed rotation of the saw blade can quickly cut the glass fiber mat. Compared with some manual cutting or other cutting methods, it greatly improves the cutting efficiency and is suitable for mass production.
High cutting accuracy: By reasonably adjusting the rotational speed, feed rate and cutting parameters of the saw blade, and equipping with a high-precision worktable and positioning device, the FRP saw blade felt cutting machine can achieve high cutting accuracy. The cutting size error can be controlled within a small range, meeting the requirements for the cutting accuracy of glass fiber felt in the production of different FRP products.
Strong applicability: It can cut glass fiber MATS of different thicknesses and materials. Whether it is ordinary glass fiber MATS or MATS with special properties, as long as the appropriate saw blade and cutting parameters are selected, effective cutting can be carried out.
The operation is relatively simple: The operation interface of the equipment is usually very intuitive, and the operator can master the operation method proficiently after a simple training.
