Applications
SBZ-2500 type brick carton automatic filling machine is automatic with top configuration. The entire machine is made of food-grade stainless steel, and the surface is special processed to be beautiful.Various kinds of juice, such as acid juice, tea drink, corn drink, soy milk, pure water, etc.
Production Process Drawings
Put cardboard into carton holder (manually) → Bottom pre-forming → Bottom heating and sealing → Ultrasonic capping (Optional) → Top pre-forming→ Filling → Top heating and sealing → Date printing → Finished product
The whole process is controlled by PLC, and only need one person to operate.

1) Within warranty period, we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belongs to us.(delivery cost paid by customer).
2) After the warranty period, the spare parts for replacement are offered based on certain charge.
3) The price we quote doesn't include the on-site installation and testing service,if you need, all the freight fare and accommodation will be paid by buyer.

Yes, but the travel fee is responsible by you.
