The K7000Super is the core intelligent machining unit from Kaiyue, offering exceptional process coverage. It features a 4-angle rotating spindle (0°/90°/180°/270°), with the 270° spindle delivering 4.5kW for complex milling tasks like base/no-base lock boxes and floor-drain drainage holes on sashes. A dual-laser system (1.5kW×2) drills corner code holes, glue injection holes, and marks installation positions on frames, sashes, and mullions—with high speed, precision, and minimal aluminum chips. The dual (upper/lower) saw blades offer ultimate flexibility: the upper blade cuts any angle from -45° to 135°, while the lower blade vertically trims profile ends for special cuts. A dedicated 4-tool end-milling unit machines mullion tenons, with four cutters reciprocating to process both ends simultaneously—doubling efficiency. The machine fully supports advanced system window techniques like “flush frame-sash alignment” and “reinforced mullions,” and offers optional modules including robotic loading, Takuqi set storage, and double-sided end milling.
