Overview:
The pump body is lined with fluoroplastics in the metal casing, all flow-through parts are made of fluoroplastics alloy, the pump cover and impeller are made of fluoroplastics covered with metal inserts through integral sintering and pressing, the shaft seal is made of externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoro filling material, which has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance and sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
The actual use shows that the self-priming pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life and the like, and also has the self-priming function. Therefore, the pump is extremely widely used, such as pumping corrosive liquid in an underground tank to a target site, pumping acid and alkali in an acid and alkali tank without an outlet at the bottom to the target site, or for circulation among a plurality of acid tanks, or for acid unloading and the like.
