The cylinder body and the end head of the core die achieve cross-winding. The winding Angle is generally 45°-85°. Each fiber corresponds to a tangent point on the circumference of the polar hole. The adjacent yarn sheets in the same direction are connected but do not intersect, while those in different directions intersect. When the fibers are evenly wound around the surface of the core mold, a double layer is actually formed.
