Asparagus, (Latin scientific name: Asparagus cochinchinensis (Lour.) Merr), alias: three hundred sticks, marsh bamboo, silk winter, tiger tail root, asparagus, winter tomorrow. Most of them grow in shady wetlands on the edge of mountain forests, shrubs on hills or grass on hillsides. Generally dig in the autumn and winter, wash, remove the fibrous roots, boil or steam in the boiling water until thoroughly, remove the outer skin while hot, wash and dry for use.
