1. Positive electrode plates
Positive plates are made of lead –calcium alloy with special chemical formula

of the separators retains adequate electrolyte for reaction with active material of the plates .

For 6v ,8v and 12v batteries ,standard container are manufactured from ABS plastic resin,It is optional to use flame retardant ABS plastic resin
Each 6v battery has 3cells .8v battery have 4cells and 12vbattery has 6cells
