*Product Introduction: solar charge controller 20A PWM control led display 12V/24V The product is the new generation of intelligent solar charge and discharge controller, it has strong stability and high service life. This series is 12V/24V automatic identification, with automatic detection battery voltage function, pwm charging way and comprehensive protection function: overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short-circuit, reversed. 

 *Installation size and connection:

1. Installation environment: installed in a dry ventilated place.

2.Installation size (as below) note: fixed screw specifications M3 * 10

3.Connection method (as shown in figure)

   A. First joint battery (positive on the left), connected correctly, digital tube appear "1" or "2",

(" 1" representative into 12 V system, "2" representative into 24 V system), after a few seconds, LOAD light, electricity display bright. The load will long off during the day in the streetlight, under voltage and over voltage the LOAD also long off. Otherwise check line.

   B. After joint panels (positive on the left) connected correctly, electricity display began to run code, into the charging status. Otherwise check line.

   C. The last joint load (shown in bulb, positive on the left) connected correctly, lamp luminous. The load will long off during the day in the streetlight, under voltage and over voltage the LOAD also long off. Otherwise check line.

Note: Above ABC must pick up in order, otherwise, it will damage the controller.

1.The controller has household type and street lamp type in the design of an organic whole.

2.The controller has 12V, 24V auto identification of the design.

3.The controller has light control and time control (street lamp type).

4.The controller has the overcharge, discharge, over current, short circuit, answer back and protective measures.

5.The controller has the power-down protection, it means the controller can auto save the parameters we set before when there no power.

6.With the Strong charging and equilibrium charging, floating three-step PWM control charging ways.

Note: if the 24V battery loss bad, voltage is less than 17V, connected to the controller may recognition for 12V system. (such as the discovery of battery under-voltage, controller still output normal, need to change battery).

LED Status indication:   

*Digital tube display and key SET:

1. Press the "SET" after the digital tube off and release it within 5 seconds. When the digital tube display "H", it means you enter to the first period time setting. 0 to F represent 0 to 15 hours. Increased by 1 each time you press the "SET". Please wait 3 seconds after done the setting, when the digital tube auto show the "h" means enter to first power setting. 0 to A represent 0, 10%,20%,30%........100% power, also increase by 1 each time you press the "SET".

2. Press the "SET" after the digital tube off and release it within 5-10 seconds. When the digital tube display "P" that means you enter to the second period time setting. 0 to F represent 0 to 15 hours. Increased by 1 each time you press the "SET". Please wait 3 seconds after done the setting, when the digital tube auto show the "u" means enter to the second power setting. 0 to A represent 0, 10%,20%,30%........100% power, also increase by 1 each time you press the "SET".

3. Press the "SET" after the digital tube off and release it within 10-15 seconds. When the digital tube display "L" that means you enter to the third period time setting. 0 to F represent 0 to 15 hours. Increased by 1 each time you press the "SET". Please wait 3 seconds after done the setting, when the digital tube auto show the "g" means enter to the third power setting. 0 to A represent 0, 10%,20%,30%........100% power, also increase by 1 each time you press the "SET".

4. Press the "SET" after the digital tube off and release it within 15-20 seconds. The digital tube show "U" means enter to model setting: "1" means household model; "2" means streetlight model.

5. Press the "SET" after the digital tube off and release it after 20 seconds. Controller restore to factory setting and the digital tube display "Y".
