Main materials: positive electrode, negative electrode, electrolyte, diaphragm
Structure: round, square; lamination, winding
Form: polymer (flexible packaging), liquid lithium ion (steel shell)
Positive electrode:The positive electrode material accounts for 30%-40% of the cost of the lithium ion battery, which directly affects the energy density and performance of the lithium battery pack.
Negative electrode:The negative electrode material needs to be composed of a material having a lower potential than the lithium electrode, and has a high specific capacity and good charge and discharge reversibility, thereby maintaining good dimensional and mechanical stability during lithium intercalation.
Electrolyte:The electrolyte acts as a transport charge between the positive and negative electrodes, which affects the energy density, power density, wide temperature application, cycle life, and safety performance of the lithium battery pack.
Diaphragm:The pore size of the membrane needs to meet the good ion permeability, strong liquid absorption and moisturizing ability, and maintain ionic conductivity; at the same time, it has electronic insulation to achieve mechanical isolation between the positive and negative electrodes, and should have sufficient puncture strength and tensile strength. Mechanical properties such as strength and corrosion resistance and sufficient electrochemical stability.

Q1.Can I just try samples for the first order?
A2:Trail order is acceptable. We can sell just few pieces for you the confirm the specifications of our products.
Q2:Is the battery BMS included?
A2:Yes.It's advanced BMS included and very safe to use.
Q3:Does the battery have overcharge and over-discharge protection?
A3:Yes.We use advanced BMS and it can protect the battery well from overcharge and over-discharge.
Q4.Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A4:Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are few tips we need to pay attention;
1>Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2>Don't not put discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3>Advise us the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
Q5.what is your warranty?
A5:We offer 2 -5 years warranty for the battery.we ensure at least 32000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack,which means,after 3000@80%
DOD,there will still around 60% capacity left.You can use it for at least 5 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.
Q6.How do we ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
A6:The goods can be picked up by your own forwarder. If there is no forwarder. Then we can ship the battery packs.For sample order or small
battery packs,we can ship by express through FedEx, UPS, TNT, DPD etc.If whole parcel over 500KGS,can ship by air or by sea,sea shipping is more economical.
Q7.Before sending you our best offer,which details supplier need to know?
A:1>Please confirm the battery model and quantity
