The LJ3-CNC-500 Double-Head 3-Axis Arbitrary Angle Cutting Saw is a workhorse in curtain wall and high-end window deep processing, perfectly balancing high flexibility, efficiency, and precision. Its standout feature is two fully independent sawing heads that can either work synchronously (cutting both ends of a profile in one feed, e.g., 45°+45°) or operate independently (processing different lengths or angles), maximizing machine utilization. The cutting angle range spans an ultra-wide 22.5° to 135°, effortlessly handling diverse angled cuts for irregular windows and complex curtain wall units (e.g., triangular or trapezoidal panels). A fully closed-loop control system—integrating imported servo motors, high-precision reducers, and linear guides—ensures exceptional repeatability, meeting the stringent consistency requirements of curtain wall projects. Powered by a high-torque spindle motor directly coupled to a φ500mm blade, it delivers strong cutting performance. The feed system uses a gas-liquid damping cylinder for uniform, stable cutting speed, combined with imported carbide blades to ensure smooth, burr-free surfaces.
