Digital Early Pregnancy HCG Test

The Digital Pregnancy Test is an in vitro diagnostic (IVD) test device for use by the lay user for the rapid qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine to aid in the early detection of pregnancy. This test is designed for self-testing use only.

The Digital Pregnancy Test is a rapid test that qualitatively detects the presence of hCG in urine at the sensitivity of 25 mIU/ml. The test utilizes a combination of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies to selectively detect elevated levels of hCG in urine. At the level of claimed sensitivity, the Pregnancy Test Device shows no cross-reactivity interference from the structurally related glycoprotein hormones FSH, LH and TSH at high physiological levels.

1.    How does the Digital Pregnancy Test work?

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is produced by trophoblastic tissue and appears around the 8-9th day after ovulation when fertilization has occurred. When you are pregnant, your body produces the pregnancy Hormone HCG (human chorionic gonadotrophin), the amount of the HCG in your body increases by stages of pregnancy period. The HCG level will be double through 2-3 days,it will be decreased until the week 10. The Digital Pregnancy Test uses the intelligent technology to detect the level of HCG in your urine, and show your test result on the Display.

2.    How about its accuracy?

In the laboratory, take the HCG 25mIU/ml as standard titer for early pregnancy test, the accuracy rate is >=99%.

3.    When should I start to take the pregnancy test?

For early pregnancy testing, in the first 4 days of the expected physiological period can be detected, the proposed use of morning urine. If the test result is negative, but still suspected of pregnancy, may be too early, HCG content is too low, it is recommended that the expected physiological period again test. From the expected physiological period is the best time to test, can be used at any time of the urine test. If the cycle is not regular, is recommended in recent several cycles of the longest time, or at least 19 days after the intercourse.

4.    Can any medication or medical conditions effect the result ?

Fertility drugs containing HCG can give misleading results. Other fertility therapies, painkillers and hormonal contraceptives (e.g. birth control pills) should not affect the result. Some ill such as Uterine tumors, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, mole or menopausal patients, or who have recently been pregnant (but not carried to full term), you may get a false “pregnant” result.

5.   How long will show my result on the Display?

The test result will keep display for 8 minutes and then goes blank.

If your Test Stick is still inserted and the Display is now blank, eject the Test Stick and your result will re-appear for one minute.
