DGM-1032 Advanced neutral weather resistant adhesive

Daguangming DGM-1032 advanced neutral weather resistant adhesive is a single component, room temperature cured silicone sealant with high modulus, which has good adhesion to the substrate. Suitable for bonding and sealing of building doors, windows, and glass. It is a silicone sealant that reacts with moisture in the air at room temperature and solidifies to maintain elasticity for a long time.

Main purpose

 · Adhesive sealing of various types of glass, aluminum, sprayed aluminum, and plastic steel building doors and windows.
 · Bonding and sealing of building curtain walls such as glass curtain walls and aluminum panel curtain walls.
 · Sealing of joints between components.
 · Bonding and sealing of stainless steel profiles and sprayed aluminum profiles.
 · Adhesive bonding of exterior wall tiles and other applicable fields.

Performance characteristics
 · Not flowing.
 · Has good construction extrusion performance at temperatures ranging from+5 ° C to+40 ° C.
 · The cured sealant can maintain its elasticity within the range of low temperature (-40 ° C) to high temperature (+100 ° C), without degradation, powdering, or cracking.
 · The volume shrinkage rate during the curing process is less than 8%.
 · Has excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation and weather resistance.
 · Good construction operability.
 · Has good bonding performance for glass, aluminum, sprayed aluminum, ceramics, glazed surfaces, and plastic steel profiles.

Storage:  Store in a cool (below 25 ° C), dry place for at least 12 months while keeping the original packaging sealed.
