Product description:
1. DCK-18 Tea Packing Machine finish bag making,automatic making thread and tab in bag,measuring, filling, sealing, coding and counting full automatically.
2. Measure with volume cup, with 1% error, the bag forming and sealing finished by bag former.
3. Suitable for packing tea product for 1-15g per bag packing.
4. High packing speed to 3600 bags per hour.
Features:
1. It use tea-leaf filtering paper as inner bag, and paper/plastic,plastic/plastic,
plastic/aluminum/plastic,paper/aluminum/plastic as outer bag.
2. The advantages are photoelectric location for the tag and outer bag, adjustment to the need of the content, length of inner bag, outer bag and tag.
3. The dimension of inner and outer bag can be adjusted according to the
need that to achieve the perfect shape, to upgrade the appearance for the
product, then add the value of it.
4. All the packing machine is made from SS304,easy for clean and safe.
5. This model got higher speed, technology very mature, the continuous running make it very high efficiency.
