Return & Exchange Policy

1.Please contact us within 7days of your receipt of the items if you want to return the items for any reason.

2.All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return

3.We will refund you full amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included.

4.The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return or exchange the items.

5.We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues which are the responsibilities of the shipping service

6.Returned without any notification would not be accepted.

7.No refund after 30 days after receipt goods. 

 1.Can we have our logo to be printed on the units or packaging?

Only Neutral packing and no any Logo printing. For MP order, we can print on product & packaging with your authorized logo.

2: set-up charge:

---- if you need custom own logos, we need logo screen fee. This fee depend on your artwork. We will quote set-up charge fee in each quotation, pls note.
