Q1 :Are You A Factory or Trade Company?

A: We are a manufacturer specialized in printing & packaging over 16 years with 10,000 square meters workshop and about 400 workers.

Q2: Where Is Your Factory Located?

A: Our Factory is located in Dongguan City, the central area of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Economic Circle with a construction area of 6000 square meters.

Q3:Can you accept small orders?

A: Usually our MOQ can be 500~1000 pieces depends on products. But for trail order, We can try our best to match a good quantity for both of us.

Q4: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes. Free Design is offered By us. We have our own designer. Sending your detailed requirements for the design to our sales. We will arrange our designer to make it as soon as possible.

Q5: What is the lead time for sample production and mass production?

A:1. Free stocked samples can be offered for your quality inspection.For customized samples, the lead time can be usually 5-7 workdays. 2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7-15 working days is enough.

Q6: Can you do customized package with my logo?

A: Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, UV Varnishing, Hot Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Silk-screen etc.

Q7:What about your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=500USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=500USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment. We can accept trade assurance order.
