Q: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Sure! We provide OEM service.
Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We supply samples.And sample charge will be returned double when you place the mass production. About 7 days after receiving the payment, we will send the sample.

Q: How does your factory carry out quality control?

finishing,it also have a comprehensive QC.
Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.
Q: Could I get a discounted price?
A: Yes. If you have a big qty of order, we would give a discount. The bigger the order, the cheaper the price.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: It will take about 20-45 days to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.
