Applicable Materials
Waste wire and cable processing equipment mainly processes waste communication wires, computer wires, telephone wires, network cables, data wires, cable square wires, copper wires, automobile wires, motorcycle wires, and battery car wires. And all kinds of TV sets, washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, and other wire-stripping machines are not suitable for processing all kinds of oil-free waste miscellaneous wires, wool, and thin wires. Large and small wires can be crushed without classification, realizing dry separation and recycling of various waste wire metals and plastics.
Equipment principle
After the waste wires and cables are crushed by a shredder, they become plastic particles and copper rice.
After the plastic particles and copper rice pass through the conveyor and reach the vibrating screen, they are separated from the core skin by the dual action of airflow push and suction and linear excitation of the vibrating screen bed, so that they form a waveform on the screen surface and jump forward. The copper rice, plastic, and plastic mixture are sent out from different outlets, and the dust is sent to the dust collector for collection through the air duct.
The vibrating screen is controlled by variable frequency, and the vibration frequency is adjusted according to different working conditions, and the air volume is adjusted by the regulating valve.
The automatic copper rice machine separates metal from non-metal, separating metal core and plastic sheath.
