When the control system issues an instruction, the solenoid valve operates, allowing the compressed air to enter the corresponding cylinder and push the piston rod of the cylinder to move. The movement of the piston rod drives the opening and closing of the mold, the extrusion molding of raw materials and other actions, thereby achieving the production of cone incense. During the forming process, compressed air pushes the piston, causing the upper mold to move downward and close with the lower mold, squeezing the raw materials such as incense mud or incense powder placed in the mold into the shape of conical incense.
Air source section: It includes air compressors, air storage tanks, air filters, etc. The air compressor compresses the air and stores it in the air storage tank, providing a stable air source for the machine. The air filter is used to filter impurities and moisture in the air, protecting pneumatic components from damage.
Mold section: Composed of an upper mold and a lower mold, it is usually made of high-strength steel and features excellent wear resistance and precision. The shape and size of the mold are designed according to the specifications of the cone incense to ensure that the cone incense produced has a regular shape and consistent size.
