1. Introduction

Concrete seal curing agent is a colorless and transparent liquid. It can chemically react with calcium and magnesium ions in concrete to form a compact, wear-resistant and dust-proof entity. It can penetrate deeply into the concrete, so that the residue after the reaction can form a silicic acid gel, which can effectively fill the concrete capillaries and become a dense entity. It has the characteristics of dustproof, anti-sanding, mild anti-corrosion and smooth concrete surface.

2. Applicable places:

Used for indoor and outdoor emery wear-resistant floors, terrazzo floors, virgin slurry finishing floors, super flat floors, ordinary cement floors, stone and other base surfaces, suitable for factory workshops, warehouses, shopping malls, supermarkets, docks, airport runways , Bridges, highways and other cement-based places.

3. Features:

Sealed and dustproof, hardened and wear-resistant; permanent gloss; good anti-aging performance; convenient construction, environmentally friendly (colorless, odorless); reduced maintenance costs, one-time construction, permanent protection.

4. Construction technology:
Applied on the surface of the newly poured overall pink floor:
The newly poured concrete floor must be cured for at least 7 days.
Spray the concrete sealing curing agent at low pressure, and then use the microfiber mop or soft hair broom to distribute the material evenly without accumulating material.
The floor surface should be kept wet for 15-20 minutes.
The porous floor and the floor that has already shown the area of absorbent material need to be sprayed.
Once the material starts to harden, do not use microfiber mops or soft-bristled brooms.
Material drying time: about 2-4 hours.
