With more than 30 years of experience in the production of a joint venture with SPINNER in Germany, the company was invited to establish Xuzhou Oma Historic Turner Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. on February 1, 2018. In order to expand the company's business strategy, in August 2020, Taiwan Ouma Group cooperated with China Machine Intelligent Equipment Innovation Research Institute (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. to produce high-end equipment machines, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary directly managed by the Central Science and Technology Enterprise Group Mechanical Science Research Institute Group Co., Ltd., and jointly established Oma Smith Turner (Ningbo) Production Base (Address: Intersection of Juying Road and Guangdong Avenue, Xiangshan Damu Bay Economic Development Zone, Ningbo City). In October 2020, it was officially put into operation, aiming at the key projects planned in the 14th Five-Year Plan, aiming at the development of ideas in the frontier direction of high-end equipment manufacturing, developing a number of advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment, cultivating a group of high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents, building an advanced manufacturing industry technology innovation base and industrial incubation base rooted in Ningbo, and helping the Yangtze River Delta equipment manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade and revitalize the strategic layout of the industry. Oma Historic Binna has cooperated strongly with China Machine Intelligent Equipment Innovation Research Institute (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. to jointly build a multi-layer production platform and base, and make great strides towards the goal of building a domestic R&D and manufacturing base for precision machinery, digital control machines, and major equipment.
