1. The pump is of vertical structure. The inlet and outlet diameters are the same, and they are on the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. Its appearance is compact and beautiful, its floor area is small, and its construction investment is low. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.

2. The impeller is directly installed on the lengthened shaft of the motor, with short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thus ensuring that the running balance vibration noise of the pump is very low.

Conditions of use:

The suction pressure is ≤1.0Mpa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6Mpa, i.e. the pump suction pressure+pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it shall be proposed separately at the time of ordering. So as to adopt cast steel materials for the over-current components and the connecting parts of the pump during manufacturing.

2. ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.

3. the volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume and the particle size shall be less than 0.2 mm.

Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please explain it when ordering so as to adopt wear-resistant mechanical seal.
