Its core products include gasketed, semi-welded (e.g., FP/FPG series) and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, featuring patented corrugated plates made of corrosion-resistant materials (316L/titanium alloy) that can withstand operating conditions up to 30bar and 200℃. Some models are equipped with double-wall safety structures to prevent leakage, widely used in heat exchange, condensation and cooling scenarios across the chemical, petrochemical, food and HVAC industries. German craftsmanship ensures the equipment is compact, highly efficient, stable for long-term operation and suitable for complex corrosive/high-flow working conditions. Among these products, the FP series is a classic line of gasketed/semi-welded plate heat exchangers, with model numbers corresponding to the heat exchange area per plate (e.g., FP02 is approximately 0.02㎡ per plate). It adopts an asymmetric corrugated plate design, with standard 316L stainless steel plates (titanium alloy optional) and composite gaskets, capable of withstanding a maximum working pressure of 25bar and temperature of 200℃, and covering a single-plate area range of 0.02–1.2㎡. Small models (e.g., FP02-10) are suitable for low-flow scenarios such as laboratories and small-scale refrigeration; medium models (e.g., FP14-22) are used for temperature control in the food and pharmaceutical sectors; and large models (e.g., FP31-120) are ideal for high-flow heat exchange in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The series is characterized by high efficiency, compactness and adaptability to complex working conditions, with some models supporting double-seal structures to prevent leakage. Although it has been upgraded to the FP4000 series, customized supply of the original models is still available.
