It is a pump that can adapt to various working conditions, such as conveying acid, alkaline clear liquid or slurry. Various corrosive ore pulp in smelting industry; Various dilute acids in sulfuric acid industry; Environmental protection industry all kinds of sewage, etc.
The pump is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, with a wide range of applications. It has the following characteristics:
1) Strong wear resistance: All over-current components are made of steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), which ranks first among plastics in wear resistance, 4 times higher than nylon 66(PA66) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and 7-10 times higher than carbon steel and stainless steel.
2) Strong impact resistance: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has the highest impact strength among general engineering plastics, which is 5 times that of (acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene) copolymer (ABS) and can maintain stability at minus -196°C, which is a characteristic not found in any other plastic.
3) Excellent corrosion resistance: The pump can withstand various corrosive media (acid, alkali, salt) and organic solvents within a certain temperature and concentration range, and is immersed in 80 kinds of organic solvents at 20°C and 90°C for 30 days. There is no abnormal appearance and almost no change in other physical properties.
4) Noisy: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has the highest impact energy absorption in plastic and good noise attenuation, thus minimizing the noise generated by liquid flow during transportation.
5) Safe and reliable, no toxin decomposition: The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) used in the pump has extremely stable chemical properties, so it is also suitable for use in the food industry.
6) Low friction coefficient: the internal friction coefficient of the pump is only 0.07-0.11, so it has self-lubricity. Under the condition of water lubrication, its dynamic friction coefficient is half lower than PA66 and POM. When working in sliding or rotating mode, it has better lubricity than steel and brass with lubricating oil.
7) Good adhesion resistance: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE) has excellent adhesion resistance, and its adhesion resistance is equivalent to PTFE, so it also shows outstanding performance when transporting some media with higher viscosity.
