1.General description

This equipment is suitable for magnetic particle testing. It can inspect parts of various shapes made of ferromagnetic materials. Cracks, slag inclusions and other minor defects caused by casting, forging, quenching, grinding, fatigue and other reasons can be found on the surface and near-surface of the parts.

The equipment can perform AC and DC magnetization and AC automatic demagnetization of parts. it can be used for continuous method and residual magnetism flaw detection.it can be fixed for use or carried to the field for use. With appropriate methods such as strut method or winding method, the special-shaped parts of the parts can be properly magnetized. And can perform segmental flaw detection on large-sized parts.

The circuit adopts the adjustment of the conduction angle of the thyristor to adjust the magnitude of the magnetization and demagnetization currents. The AC magnetization can control the power-off phase and make the residual magnetism stable. The integrated circuit control is adopted to make the equipment work safely and reliably. The equipment has the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient movement and simple operation.
