Product features

3, shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, wear-resistant seal, can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance are convenient. The pipeline system does not need to be removed. All rotor components can be extracted by removing the nut of the pump coupling seat.
5. The series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the use requirements, i.e. the flow rate and lift.

Conditions of use:
1. The suction pressure is ≤1.0Mpa, or the high working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6Mpa, i.e. the pump suction pressure+pump head ≤ 1.6Mpa, and the static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5Mpa. Please indicate the working pressure of the system when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it shall be proposed separately at the time of ordering. So as to adopt cast steel materials for the over-current components and the connecting parts of the pump during manufacturing.
2. ambient temperature < 40°C, relative humidity < 95%.
3. the volume content of solid particles in the transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume and the particle size shall be less than 0.2 mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please explain it when ordering so as to adopt wear-resistant mechanical seal.
