CGD150T-S Complete Deposited Toffee Producing Line with SERVO DRIVE AND PLC controlled

The processing line is a compact unit which can continuously produce various kinds of toffee candies under a strict sanitary condition. It is also an ideal equipment which can produce out good quality products with the saving of both the manpower and the space occupied.

FEATURES:
1. PLC /Servo driven process control available;
2. An LED touch panel for easy operating;
3. The production capacity is 150kgs/h;
4. Moulds can be made according to the candies samples provided by the customer.
5. Silicon moulds for good shape forming and easily de-mould.
6. Inline dynamic mixer for mixing with the color and flavor is available.
7. Option chocolate injection system for producing toffee candy with chocolate filled.
Isolation cover is installed on the cooling tunnel.

CSTC150 Toffee mass cooking machine

The cooker is specially designed for producing the high-quality toffee candy mass. It uses the steam jacket cooking style. It is also equipped with the rotating speed-adjusted scrapers to avoid the burning during the cooking.

The toffee candy, caramel candy, éclair candy mass can be cooked by this equipment.
