Features of detachable plate heat exchanger
It has the advantages of high heat transfer effect, compact structure, small footprint, easy operation, convenient cleaning, disassembly and maintenance, and easy change of heat exchange area or process combination.
The plate has herringbone corrugation, the medium flow forms a turbulent state, and the non-stick sealing gasket makes it easier to replace the gasket and clean it. The heat transfer coefficient can be as high as 2000~7000 W/m2.℃.
Features of plate
The unique structure of the "chocolate" diversion area realizes:
●Evenly distribute the flow rate, remove the flow dead zone, thereby avoiding corrosion caused by dirt accumulation, and at the same time improve the utilization rate of the plate heat exchange area.
●Parallel piping of the inlet and outlet of the same fluid simplifies the engineering installation.
●Single plate, simplified maintenance.
Selection requirements for detachable plate heat exchangers
Heat exchanger selection process: Customer consultation → Customer provides parameters → Technical personnel use special software to calculate the selection
Heat exchanger selection parameters: a Is the heat exchange medium on the hot side water or steam?
b If the hot side is steam, provide steam pressure and temperature. If it is hot water, provide hot water inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate
c Cold side water inlet and outlet temperature and flow rate
d If available, provide heat exchange capacity and heat exchange area
