The KYJZ-318 Aluminum Profile Interface Cutting Saw is a specialized, high-efficiency machine engineered for precision interface cutting of architectural curtain wall and high-end window aluminum profiles. Its core strength lies in delivering high-accuracy, high-smoothness 45° and 90° angled cuts, meeting the stringent requirements for seamless jointing in curtain wall components. Equipped with dual main motors (2.2kW × 2), it provides robust power to drive a φ550mm (also compatible with φ500mm) hard alloy saw blade at 2800 rpm, ensuring high linear speed and burr-free, flat cut surfaces. A key feature is the integration of an original Italian angle display device and an Italian-specific motor, guaranteeing precise and reliable angle adjustment for both the saw blade and worktable within ±45°, with minimal repeatability error.
