The LMB-160(D) hydraulic corner crimping machine is engineered for high-strength, consistent corner joining. It works by inserting a shared corner connector into the cavities of two profiles. After precise clamping, two hydraulic rams forcefully punch into the connector’s grooves, causing permanent cold deformation of the profile walls to form a rigid 90° joint. The dual-cylinder design with independent adjustment eliminates the common issue of uneven left/right crimping depth found in single-cylinder machines, ensuring uniform force distribution across all four corners. The internal positioning system features vertical lift and horizontal shift capabilities. Combined with a sunken-type structure, it offers easy operation while stably supporting large window and door sashes—preventing tilting or sinking during crimping. With a maximum profile height of 160mm, it covers most architectural applications. The innovative crimping blade holder enables rapid tool changes, significantly reducing setup time. The blade-to-profile distance is fully adjustable, minimizing stroke length during crimping for faster response and higher forming accuracy. Positioning forks feature scales on both top and bottom, and a strong-magnetic front-side adjustment mechanism with a ruler allows intuitive, quick calibration. The overall structure is simple yet robust, with tempering treatment enhancing strength—making it an ideal choice for mid-to-high-end window and door manufacturing.
