1. Dear Customers, please do us a favor to track the status of your order shipment so that you can receive the order in time.
2. Recently, Post Website shows status "Delivered", but actually goods are at your nearest local post office. If you see this, please contact your local post office to get the goods asap. Otherwise, the goods may be lost. This happens with EMS, Epacket, and Air Mail, all postal service. :-(
3. If the post office lost your parcel, please ask the post office to compensate. We will try our best to help you. We can send you the shipping document, which proves that you are the correct recepient.
