Feeding principle: The bamboo stick incense machine is equipped with a bamboo stick discharge box. The vibrating stick device inside the box vibrates up and down under the action of a thin magnetic cylinder, causing the front ends of the bamboo sticks to fall one by one into the longitudinal slits of the "y" -shaped gap, arranged in a longitudinal row. The stick clamping and feeding device clamps the bamboo stick clamp at the bottom of the slit and pushes it forward, allowing the bamboo stick to enter the bamboo stick conveying mechanism.

Forming principle: The stirring drum of the feeding mechanism stirs the spices, and the piston column intermittently pushes the spices into the shaft sleeve of the feeding structure. The space between the guide head of the feeding structure and the conical hole-shaped discharge port forms the mold cavity. The bamboo stick extends from the central hole of the tubular body into the mold cavity and continuously feeds while moving forward. The spices wrap around the bamboo stick to form a bamboo stick fragrance.


Bamboo stick discharge box: Composed of a box body, a vibrating stick device and a stick clamping and conveying device, it is used for storing and conveying bamboo sticks.

Bamboo stick conveying mechanism: Driven by a stepping motor, the upper and lower rollers rotate in opposite directions to hold the bamboo sticks forward. For longer bamboo sticks, a continuous conveying mechanism may be added.

Positioning guide post: It further guides and positions the bamboo stick before it enters the feeding structure. A photoelectric receiver is set above the space behind it to trigger the microcomputer to control the sequential operation of each component.

Feeding structure: It includes the shaft sleeve body, guide head, pressure plate, etc. The space between the guide head and the conical hole-shaped discharge port forms a mold cavity to achieve the feeding and pressing bonding of bamboo sticks.

Feeding mechanism: It is composed of a base, a stirring drum, a piston cylinder, etc. The stepping motor simultaneously serves as the power for the stirring of the stirring drum and the reciprocating motion of the piston column, providing spices for the feeding structure.
