Molybdenum plates include plates, sheets, blocks, strips and foils, among which plates are divided into thick plates and thin plates. Generally, plates with a thickness greater than 3MM are defined as thick plates, plates and sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.4 to 3MM are defined as thin plates, and products with a thickness of less than 0.4MM are defined as foil materials.

The main applications of molybdenum plates are as follows:

1. Molybdenum plates serve as heating elements, heat shields and high-temperature structural parts of high-temperature furnaces;
2. Boat blood for molybdenum plate evaporation;
3. Molybdenum plates are used as automobile heat sinks;
4. Molybdenum plates are used as molybdenum discs in the rectifier industry;

As a new product of molybdenum plate, molybdenum sputtering target is also the product with the highest market demand and fastest growing market. It is mainly used in the information industry, photovoltaic industry and LCD display industry.

Molybdenum plates are widely used in the construction of molds and parts furnaces, high-purity molybdenum plates for electron beam sputtering targets, ion implanter parts, and semiconductor heat dissipation components. The purity of the slab is required to be greater than 99.99%, the density is greater than 9.8g/cm3, and the grain size is 2000~3000 pieces/mm2, smooth surface, no cracks, no unevenness.

In short, molybdenum plates are mainly used in military, electronics, glass, aerospace and other industries.



Product process

First, molybdenum slab (raw material) for the corresponding inspection, in the hot rolling treatment, leveling, and annealing after the good.  

The next line of alkali washing, in the inspection, is to determine whether there is a problem, no problem after rolling.  

The next step is vacuum annealing, then inspection, no problem after cold rolling, in further leveling, shear, vacuum annealing, in the second inspection, no problem after packaging.
