propylene glycol alginate (PGA) is a kind of new-style excellent food additive. It’s made of Alginic Acid by deeply processing which extracted from natural Brown Seaweed. PGA is white or light yellow powder, almost tasteless or a little fragrance, soluble in water and forms sticky and colloidal solution, insoluble in ethanol and other organic solvent.
