The LYTA-90A is a specialized saw developed for precision 90° cutting of aluminum glazing beads (glass stops). Its standout feature is infrared transmission technology for length positioning, achieving ±0.1mm accuracy, ±5′ angular error, and ≤0.10mm flatness—fully meeting the stringent assembly requirements of high-end system windows and eliminating the need for manual deburring. A wireless handheld transmitter allows operators to set cutting lengths remotely from any position. The automatic kerf compensation function intelligently adjusts for blade thickness to ensure accurate net dimensions. An integrated tool monitoring system tracks blade wear in real time and alerts when replacement is due, preventing burrs or chipping from dull blades. The standard marking function prints part numbers or batch codes directly onto each bead, effectively preventing mix-ups and enhancing material traceability on the shop floor. Powered by a robust 2kW "XimiKe" spindle motor (industry-standard high-performance brand), the machine delivers stable, continuous operation—ideal for high-volume glazing bead production lines.
