A wireless handheld transmitter allows operators to set cutting lengths remotely from any position. The automatic kerf compensation function intelligently adjusts for blade thickness to ensure accurate net dimensions. An integrated tool monitoring system tracks blade wear in real time and alerts when replacement is due, preventing burrs or chipping from dull blades. The standard marking function prints part numbers or batch codes directly onto each bead, effectively preventing mix-ups and enhancing material traceability on the shop floor.
