- AYes.
- QI am a designer, could you help me to produce the samples which we designed?
- ASure! Giving us your detailed patterns or samples will be made on your request.
- QCan I get a small/sample order?
- AYes, small/ sample order to test and check quality. Mix Sample are acceptable.
- QHow do you ship the goods and how long goes it take arrive?
- ASampling time: 3-5days. We usually ship by DHL, EMS, FedEx or TNT. About 3-5 work days will be arrived.
- QWhen you ship my order?
- ANormally 30-45days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule.
- QHow about the quality guarantee period?
- A60 days.
- QHow can you guarantee the production quality ?
- AImported machinery equipment from Japan.
Material and Accessories Inspection upon arrival, in line control on each step, general inspection and fixing before packing, third party inspection acceptable.
