Anode:The positive electrode material accounts for 30%-40% of the cost of the lithium ion battery, which directly affects the energy density and performance of the lithium battery pack.
cathode:The negative electrode material needs to be composed of a material having a lower potential than the lithium electrode, and has a high specific capacity and good charge and discharge reversibility, thereby maintaining good dimensional and mechanical stability during lithium intercalation.
Electrolyte:The electrolyte acts as a transport charge between the positive and negative electrodes, which affects the energy density, power density, wide temperature application, cycle life, and safety performance of the lithium battery pack.
Separator:The pore size of the membrane needs to meet the good ion permeability, strong liquid absorption and moisturizing ability, and maintain ionic conductivity; at the same time, it has electronic insulation to achieve mechanical isolation between the positive and negative electrodes, and should have sufficient puncture strength and tensile strength. Mechanical properties such as strength and corrosion resistance and sufficient electrochemical stability.
