Acai powder contains fatty acids, sterols, nitrogen-based acids, polysaccharides, minerals, etc. Polyunsaturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acids accounted for 111.1%, 60.2% and 28.7% of the total fatty acids respectively. Among them, oleic acid accounted for 60% of the total fatty acids, and palmitic acid accounted for 22%. Oleic acid is 12%, stearic acid and other fatty acids account for 0.6% of the total fatty acid.
