Umbellate single terminal, with many flowers; total pedicels glabrous, pedicels glabrous or slightly hairy at base; flowers purple-yellow; lemma glabrous; petals ovate; ovary 5-loculed, styles all columnar. Fruit spherical or ovoid. Flowering from June to July, fruiting from August to October.
